• Prepare and ask questions.

• Ask for the job!

Don't:

 

• Complain.

• Initiate discussion of salary or benefits.

• Use the word "Advancement."

Prepare to answer questions such as:

• 5 adjectives that describe yourself.

• Your weaknesses.

• Your strengths.

• 3 reasons we should offer you the job.

• What are your long term goals?
